Bright Fall Colors and Candles Highlights The Simmer of Cut Glass
The secret to this arrangement -The arrangement is created in a liner that fits inside the cut glass bowl. Placing the arrangement in a liner protects a fragile container. This procedure allows the arrangement to be removed from the container. This makes it easier to add water to the arrangements without jeopardizing the container. ![]()
Choose a liner that will fit securely in the desired container. Cut a piece of floral foam to fit the liner. Secure the floral foam to the liner with the waterproof floral tape. Fill the liner with water. Place the liner inside the desired container.
Using the floral wrap tape, secure 2 wood picks the the bottom of each candle. Place the candles toward the edge of the floral foam. Add greenery and fall leaves to cover the floral foam and the edges of the liner.
Place the focal flowers near the candles, in this arrangement I used Gerbera Daisies. I used red miniature carnations as secondary blooms. I added yellow daisy pom-poms to blend with the Gerbera daisies. I then added green button pom-poms close to the floral foam to add depth. Notice how the blooms are long enough to extend over the rim of the cut glass container, concealing the liner.
Change the arrangement by removing the candles and placing the arrangement in a different container.
