All Mom has mentioned she wants for Mother’s Day is a large Watering Can!!! How do you make it “Special”?   Add sunflowers, of course!!!
You will need:
          Large Watering Can
          Sunflowers
          Greenery
          Large Branches
          Waterproof Floral Tape
          #9 Ribbon for a Bow

Before  filling the watering can with water, place tape in the opening of the watering can.  Make a star across the opening. Run the waterproof tape around the top of the watering can, over the ends of the tape that creates the star. Fill the watering can with warm water. Add flower preservative.

Before you arrange the flowers, choose the blooms that are most open. Place the largest open bloom on the lip of the watering can. Place the stem through the “star” made of waterproof tape. This helps hold the stem in place. Choose the next largest bloom and place it taller and to the side of the first bloom. Add another bloom taller and to the opposite side of the last bloom.
Next, I added greenery to fill in the top of the watering can. Choose the fourth bloom taller and to the center of the last two blooms. Add the last bloom taller and in line with the last bloom.
I added branches and a matching bow to complete the arrangement. Sunflowers worked well in this arrangement because the watering can is so large
