Make a gathering a party! To casually decorate, fill a large pitcher with daisies. It seems in the summertime, we make more time to get together with family and friends. Just getting together always seems to be a party! You will need: Daisy Pom-Poms Large Pitcher Floral Preservative For this arrangement, I selected two colors of Daisy Pom-poms. I chose daisy pom-poms because they are a member of the chrysanthemum family. These are very hardy, and last a very long time. To prepare your flowers for arranging, fill a sink with warm water and add floral preservative. Fill the pitcher with water from the sink - set aside. Fill a secondary container with more water. Cut the stems of the flowers and place the bunches in the second container. ![]() To begin this arrangement, I chose the lavender daisies to place at the top of the pitcher. Cut one stem of lavender daisies into 2 pieces. Cover the rim and top of the pitcher with more lavender daisies. Try to stay close to the top of the pitcher. Be sure to remove any leaves or petals that may be below the water line. Take the white daisies and cut the stems into two pieces. Leave the bottom of the stem longer to add height to the arrangement. Place the stems of white daisies throughout the lavender daisies already in the pitcher. Adding the white daisies in various lengths, adds height and dimension to your arrangement.
